Monica Sim, MSN, FNP-C is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered care across the lifespan. She brings over seven years of nursing experience into her advanced practice role, with a strong background in medical-surgical, general surgery, and cardiovascular step-down care.
Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Millersville University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. Now practicing in primary care, she focuses on preventive health, early disease detection, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
She is known for her approachable, empathetic style and values building trusting relationships through education, clear communication, and shared decision-making.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and loved ones.
