The list above covers our most common plans, but we work with additional insurers. Call (301) 762-7723 and we will verify your coverage before your visit.
Which plans do you not accept?
We do not accept UnitedHealthcare Medicaid / Community Plan. All other major Maryland Medicaid managed-care plans are accepted.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
Most plans do not require a referral for primary care. If your plan does, our team will help you coordinate it. Call (301) 762-7723 with questions.

No insurance? You’re welcome here. Our self-pay pricing is simple and transparent, due at the time of service, with no hidden charges.
For patients who visit regularly, we also offer membership plans that bundle visits at discounted rates. Plans vary by visit frequency and needs, so our front desk team will help you find the right fit. Call (301) 762-7723 or ask at any of our three offices.
Please note: certain in-office services performed during your visit, such as EKG, spirometry, or injections, are billed separately at $50 each in addition to the visit fee.
