You do not need insurance to get excellent primary care. Our self-pay pricing is simple and transparent, due at the time of service, with no surprise bills and no hidden fees.
Please note: certain in-office services performed during your visit, such as EKG, spirometry, or injections, are billed separately at $50 each in addition to the visit fee. Outside laboratory testing is billed separately by the lab.

Membership Plans for Regular Visits
If you see us regularly, our prepaid visit packs lower your cost per visit. Packs apply to follow-up visits, are valid for 12 months, and can be paid by card, cash, or HSA/FSA.
Your first visit is $210 regardless of pack. In-office services such as EKG, spirometry, or injections are $50 each and are not included in a pack. Packs are transferable to one member of your household. Membership packs are for self-pay patients and cannot be used for services covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or a commercial insurance plan. Do I need insurance to be seen?
No. We welcome patients without insurance, patients between plans, and patients who simply prefer to pay directly. You receive the same care, the same providers, and the same access as every other patient.

We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Will I know my costs before my visit?
Yes. Our visit prices are listed above, and under the No Surprises Act you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your visit.
