Dr. Hayford is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School (now the Geisel School of Medicine). He completed his internal medicine residency in the Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital program.
With a compassionate approach to care, Dr. Hayford believes that each patient is unique. He starts from the idea that we are all family. His philosophy is rooted in Dr. Peabody’s words: “the secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient.”
Dr. Hayford has experience across all phases of internal medicine, including hospital medicine, post-acute rehabilitation, and outpatient care. He is passionate about helping patients understand their health concerns and has a particular interest in the growing field of lifestyle medicine.
